In our restaurant, located a few meters from the port of Trani, which overlooks the city, we offer fresh artisanal bread and pasta, dry pasta from Gragnano I.G.P. from the Gentile pasta factory, homemade desserts, craft beers and certified organic and vegan wines. The "card" also offers off-menu dishes with the good things the garden provides every day, a tasting menu and a journey designed to savour every course, from appetizer to dessert, capturing the logic of our restaurant and the genuine flavours of the Apulian land.
