Ours is a seafood cuisine, authentic and seasonal. A cuisine designed and created to enhance the territory, the raw materials, the products of our brackish gardens, and the herbs that grow spontaneously here, taking all the moods of the sea. Over time it has transformed, passing from a loving grandmother's kitchen to a careful and respectful contemporary cuisine. For us, cooking is concreteness and harmony, balance and contrast of flavours, simplicity and exploration. To enhance that genuine and ancient flavour, to reconnect it to the territory of origin, to its natural habitat and to imprint it in the memory of those who taste it.
