Born in 2016 from the brilliant idea of the two young entrepreneurs Giovanni and Carmelo, it embodies the purely USA style revisited in an Italian gastronomic version. Gourmet baguettes stuffed with the best cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables at km 0, hamburgers strictly from Piedmontese Fassona, Scottish Angus and fish such as octopus, lobster, tuna and salmon, all accompanied by a refined selection of craft beers and local wines. Giovanni Deleo, born in Mesagnese, is the chef of Burger Eat. Ambitious, creative and constantly looking for original culinary experiences. Gourmet burger eats is a place where, through the use of high-quality products and the particular attention paid to the visual sense of the dish, the hamburger tasting becomes an artistic, innovative and multicultural journey.
