The experience gained in the family business since the age of 13, in the world of bread-making, first, and of haute cuisine, then, allows us to decline all this on our pizza base, whose leavening is 4 /7 days, creating exclusivity, harmony and balance of aromas and flavours, which involve the senses, without ever exceeding respecting the personality of each ingredient.
